Chaves Bakery is a family-owned and operated business known throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties since 1979.

In 2013, the Chaves family sold the Shelton location to Tony Branco and family. Tony migrated to the US from Portugal when he was 17 and began his career in the bakery. He is the head baker in the Shelton location.

We specializes in quality desserts and specialty cakes, all baked in-house. Additionally, we  offer a full deli with breakfast, lunch, and catering menus.
